These terms cover contentvelora.online, free sample edits, and the writing plans ContentVelora sells to businesses.
§1About us
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, an Indian company, trades under the ContentVelora name; its particulars sit on every quote and invoice. Any query on these terms can go to hello@contentvelora.online, and for how we write, read our style sheet.
§2Clients we accept
We write for lawful adult businesses, including sexual wellness brands, adult retailers, subscription and dating platforms, licensed venues and industry suppliers. We do not write for escort agencies or anyone offering paid sexual services, and we may stop work at once if a client turns out to be one.
§3What we will not write
Explicit or sexually graphic material, fake or undisclosed paid reviews and endorsements, and health or performance claims the client cannot support with evidence. We may decline or rewrite any request that falls into these categories.
§4Plans and pieces
Each plan includes a set number of pieces a month, as listed on the pricing page and confirmed by quote. A piece is one guide, page or email of up to about 1,500 words; longer work counts as two. Two rounds of edits per piece are included; a changed brief after writing starts counts as a new piece. Unused pieces do not carry over past the following month.
§5How pieces are made
Pieces are written, edited and checked by people. We may use software, including AI tools, for research and outlines, and will tell you how each piece was produced if you ask.
§6Claims and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us and for having evidence behind product claims. We will flag claims that look unsupported, but the final decision to publish rests with you, and nothing we write is legal or medical advice.
§7Fees
- Plans are billed monthly in US dollars at the rate on your quote.
- Flexible: cancel by written notice before the next billing date.
- Term: the lower rate is fixed for the three, six or twelve months you commit to, and fees are due for the full term.
- Sales tax is added where it applies. Invoices fall due within fourteen days.
§8Ownership of the writing
Once the relevant invoice is paid, the pieces written for you become yours, including the right to edit and republish them. Until then they remain ours. Our templates, checklists and methods stay ours throughout. We may mention that we worked with you only with your written consent.
§9Confidentiality
Both sides keep the other's non-public information confidential during the engagement and afterwards. The privacy policy governs personal data.
§10Limitation of liability
Where the law allows, the most we will owe on any claim is what you paid for the pieces in question, and we are not liable for lost revenue, rankings or indirect losses.
§11Ending a plan
After any committed term, either side can end a plan with thirty days' written notice. Either side may end it immediately for a serious breach, including the eligibility and content rules above.
§12Governing law
These terms are read under the law of India, with Indian courts hearing any dispute, unless a signed quote names another place.
