A writing studio sees drafts, plans and customer questions it must keep to itself. This policy covers the personal information ContentVelora receives and what happens to it.
§1Who is responsible
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India, runs ContentVelora and controls the information this page covers. Write to hello@contentvelora.online about anything on this page, or use the brief form.
§2What reaches us
- From the brief form: your name, email, type of business, the page you want edited, who reads it and your notes.
- From clients: agreements, invoices, emails, briefs, drafts and feedback.
- From client systems, only if you grant access: a content management system or shared documents, for publishing or reviewing work.
§3What we ask you not to send
We do not need your customers' personal details to write for you. Customer questions are welcome, but please remove names and contact details first.
§4AI tools and your material
If we use AI tools for research or outlines, we do not put your confidential drafts, unpublished plans or any personal information into them unless you have agreed in writing, and only with tools whose terms keep that material private.
§5Cookies
The site uses one essential session cookie to protect the brief form against forgery. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are set.
§6Sharing
Our hosting and email providers handle information for us. Freelance writers who work on your account see only what the brief requires, under confidentiality terms. We release information to authorities only when the law requires it, and we never sell or rent it.
§7Location of processing
The studio is based in India and works with providers elsewhere, so information may be handled outside your country.
§8How long we keep it
- Briefs that go no further: cleared out within a year.
- Drafts and working files: kept for the length of the engagement and a year after, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
- Invoices and contracts: retained as long as tax rules require.
§9Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of your information, for corrections or deletion, or to stop a particular use. Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK, California and other US states, the law may give you further rights. We check who is asking before we act, and answer within the time the law sets.
§10Changes
Any significant revision will carry a fresh date beside the title. See also the terms of service and our pricing.
